Free Barbeque Offer!

Remember to remove the transport wheels before use! Remember to remove the transport wheels before use!

We ran this some four years ago, but with the recent beautiful sunshine and hot weather, the offer is back on!

Even though England are now out of the World Cup, we can still enjoy the rest of the footie with a cool beer and crisply cindered burger or two.

Summer 2010 is here and to celebrate the FIFA World Cup many supermarket stores are giving away free barbecues to all that can go and collect them.

You can get a free BBQ from any of the following stores.

* ASDA
* Morrison's
* Costco
* Kwik Save
* Somerfield
* Sainsbury
* Tesco
* Iceland
* Netto

Some BBQs come with a higher shelf which can be used for keeping things warm!

You may find some discarded at the side of the road or on playing fields, in parks, and even in lakes, rivers and fishing swims. Clearly these are thrown away by ungrateful customers or those who take the free offer because it is free, but in reusing these valuable finds you can not only recycle, you will also be helping to tidy up Britain!

PLEASE NOTE: Some stores may charge a £1 administration fee and there may be a restriction on how many are available and how far you can take them as the wheels lock up on some models. The answer is to remove the wheels and carry the barbeque.

Does it come in a gas version? Please let me know, Sofi I have seen a photo of a gas fired braai (Ron will no doubt explain!), but alas the photo is not suitable for general viewing! Suffice it to say that the gas is methane!
