There are many videos on Barbel fishing knocking around, whilst I accept that this is essentially an advert, I'm left wondering why they never show such 'alternative' approaches as float fishing - the man who was sat fishing at the start of the piece said that its important to 'lead around' to understand what depths you are fishing in, but float fishing would enable you to explore far more river. Come on Nash make something for us all to enjoy..

Good to see the rod pod being used, must be a b****r getting bank sticks into that soft mud. A lot of new barbel anglers see these videos and think it's the way to go. Roll on the first dedicated BARBEL BARROW !!!!!!

got to 8.35 mins and i'm absolutely gobsmacked that the likes of nash coud put his name to such a load of tripe. surely this is not the way our river angling is going on the likes of the middle severn it's bad enough on that bit of the severn with anglers fishing one rod...let alone encouraging them to use two...and i love the bit of using a nash halibut boilie but then cutting it down to look like a pellet...reason being the pellet brakes down too quick, how long his he waiting for a bite...get a grip what a load of bollox  then again it is an advert....but for what?

Roll on the first dedicated BARBEL BARROW !!!!!! Judas, The next installment includes another Peg One consultant using special rod rests for sitting behind a centrepin for barbel fishing...and the innovative method of gluing casters to the hair. Gosh wish I had thought of that idea:) Nash sure seem to have the best informative consultants don't they:D
