Will be helpd at Press Manor Fishery - Derbyshire on Saturday 16th April.
This fishery is sign posted off the A632 about 7 miles south of Chesterfield.
Programme for the day.
Meet at the caravan for tea and coffee, 9-00 am
Fishing and instruction to 12-30 pm
Lunch at the Three Horseshoes.
1-30 to 2-30pm fly tying demo. I will probably do this. Andy Wright as you know sadly passed away recently.
2-30 to evening, fishing on the lake.
I am sure Bernie Maher who is an AIPGA instructor will be there to lend a hand.
This lake is not a overstocked pond. It is a delightful small Victorian reservoir of about 9 acres with quality rainbows and browns. It is not a "dead easy" water.
Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Will have to try and get the Friday of work. But hope to make it this year.
I hope I can get Monk, Ed and Skive.
What a laugh it will be.
You have to have a Mank and a couple of Scousers around.
 I'll be there .......
(By the way ,I'm an adopted Yorkie aren't I)??
 I'll be there too.
To anyone that reads this and would like to come but has no fly tackle, I for one have a spare rod, line, reel etc that you're more than welcome to borrow on the day.
I'll be there as well ron, I thoroughly enjoyed the day I had a session with you at Press Manor.
well i prodded ron ito it so i think i'd better go wether i'm working or not.
You lot do not work on Saturdays surely?
I work when I have to. Mind you, I'm the boss.
What I might do is book into to a local pub in the Friday night. Those who want to join me can ahave a general discussion on the art of fly fishing.
Then we can have the day as planned.
After the day I will stay on for the night, have the next day fishing and then we can go home.
No big rushes, just a gentle leasurely weekend.
That's what fishing is all about to me.
Is this an open invitation? If so, please could you advise on the likely cost,as I would be very interested in attending.
Thanks
Wayne

 Wayne,
Allow £30 per night for bed and breakfast in this area. After that, £13.00 a day for the fishing and say £6.00 for lunch.
If you live south of the Watford Gap that truly is a pittance.
I don't earn the 6 figure salaries that many do within the M25.
Ron what's the name of the place where Press Manor is ?
as you know ron i work 4 days or night out of 8 so i may be working on some saturdays, the consolation being there's always the next 4 days off to look forward to.
Ron
Thanks for the reply - that sounds very reasonable. I live in Stratford upon Avon and I do earn a six figure salary, but only if you include the pence and the decimal point!!

Oh shame Wayne. I assume that means what you get a week.
I used to live in Warwick and I needed £300 a week to pay my mortgage.
Ed, it's near the village of Wingerworth.
