I will be fine for the summer mate. I will no doubt have a visit over to the trent sometime over the summer. I will contact you then.

My mate Jim Hinchley will no doubt be at oldham even if i can't make it.

Might also be in the leeds area in a few weeks for measuring up for a drysuite for my diving.

Thanks for the help

How much are the 4,6,8 oz cheers

4 and 5s are 50p each at minute 6 are 60p and 8s are 80p but Paul is going to put price up soon because price of lead has gone up so much.

I noticed yesterday Carp leads are as much a 1.75 each now

The old drennan feeders did break up easily and didnt quite carry enough lead when using heavier line on the trent, a simple solution was to araldite extra lead to the existing lead and tape the feeder up, re cut holes and they last pretty well, the tape should not be wound to tightly or you distort the shape of the feeder and the lid will not fit properly leading to spillage on impact,

Just bought some of these feeders and from what i can tell they are made of the same plastic as the old ones although they do feel tougher but i think that's down to the way the lead is fixed and the shape of the feeder over the old model.

I'll give them a crack next Monday and let you know how i get on. Was planning on buying some Nisa River feeders as they have a 4oz version but the tackle shop that was meant to stock them don't and haven't updated their website which is rather annoying seeing as i drove there this morning!!!
