But no one knows Collingham better than the fatboy Good luck Lee, I hope you raise a fortune wherever you fish. I am know skint, or I would have ripped yer arm off........ Are you really 16 stone? Gosh!

When I bid I thought it was for a day with Bob Roberts. Is it really Swordsy I bid for? Anyone lend me some 3.5tc rods for the day? I hear that Colly place is pretty wild. Do we have to queue for a swim? Graham

Graham go careful on the rocks at Collingham after a tide, I bust my finger last time! The rod stayed in on piece, but I lost the fish! Good luck.

Okay Graham - if Lee has no objections you can have Bob Roberts thrown in as well if it's a midweek when I'm around. But ONLY if Lee doubles up on the food rations. Hope you like bream. You'll need 1.25 Avons and if you cast 50 yards downstream half an ounce will hold. Well, that's what one Ouse regular reckons!

Cakey and I hadn't realised the bidding was on another thread to the auction site we were getting worried Lee.

.jpg) So let me get this straight; A night at Hazelford with Lee Swords, Bob Roberts, Tony Rocca and all the cider I can drink, with a curry chucked in for good measure ! What a night that would be, I don't think I have enough money in my bank for that .
 £100 if i can bring 4 13ft 3lb'ers!
 £110

Jeff, I said "Use Hazelford if you want Lee". Which he can if he wants, but he never said he did. Just to clarify.
Too expensive for me........................................But inspired me to get a couple of the superb Torrix blank rods built by Ian Tucker for the heavy Thames, Wye and Severn stuff. 1.75's should do it. Besides which, a couple of gallons of Tia Maria should be enough to see me with a few pals on the Trent. Graham

To whoever wins this, This is getting into the realms of serious money... I will try my very best to provide something suitably worthwhile...I honestly thought this would top-out at about 30 quid! If two or three of you wish to split the money and come "mob-handed" that is fine just divide the bill and send the money to cakey. Bob do you still have that petrol dual ring stove....I think a serious bankside feast is on the cards! Lee

 20 quid then
