I'm all confused on how you'r proposing for this to work Lee.

If say I bet £30 then would this come off Mark Hewitt's £110 so that he only has to pay £80?

Then take off Wol's £20 so Mark only has to pay £60.

But then Graham Elliot put up £75. Take that off Mark's £60 and you owe him£15 ???

Sounds daft but I'm aiming at a some clarification as I fancy a bash on the Trent with you.

bet??? that should be bid.

What I am saying is if three peoiple fancy a crack at it and the winning bid is £120.00

they get together and work out a deal....In so much as .....

they each pay Cakey £40

But if the winner simply wants the day to themselves

He/she pays Cakey the £120

Either way cakey gets his £120.00

What about your £15

Hahahaha Jonny LOL.

Lee do it like me.  There are 8 swims, Grumpy won with his £50 bid so he gets to fish the best 5 swims, Mark bid £30 so he gets to fish the 3 duff pegs

and Im up the middle

It's quite simple really....

Corkers and I have both put similar amounts in, so we are both going for a day's servicing of the below stairs maids with his Lordship.

Therefore if more than one of you bids £120 then you get  Swordsy really bricking it that he has to deliver and Bob's asked if he has a 4 ring burner.

And cakey's got a few more squids for charity

cheers all .......................youve pushed it through the 2grand total so far ......well done

and keep going !

Bricking it?

Nah...Never!

I will be doing my second talk to 300+ people on Sunday at the BS national conference...I don't suffer with nerves or stage fright.....Nope all cured of that now!

My concern is that people get good value. Cash is a hard thing to come by

What I can guarantee is

They will get a laugh and a joke

They will get full access to my baits and t7 dips unique to me and me alone

They will get a good peg

They will get the chance to fish with my gear if they wish to try out the "long rods"

What I cannot guarantee is the fish...but I will try my best to provide an unforgettable days/nights fishing.

What I will say is it has been a very very very long time since I have had a blank on the Trent...a very long time indeed...

So the "odds" are in the winners favour

better than I can offer Posh and Conkers

The best port will be locked up and a bottle of cheap red wine will be passed off as "the good stuff" - Posh may spot this but be to polite to say -Conker wont know the difference.

Posh will be given the use of a maid to carry his gear to the swim - Conkers will carry mine.

Depending on when they get to God's Country they will get a decent breakfast - I will lower myself to cook it myself. Then off to blank -err fish the venue - I shall supply a 1/2 pint of old casters each and some cheap brand sweetcorn - and if they want to use my dip unique to me - the maids will be standing by - legs crossed

sorry missed the finish on this one ....but it all over

so me being fik could you let me know who won and how much cheers all

Cakey

PS big thanks Lee

Mark Hewitt won the auction with a bid of £110.00

I will let you two sort out the cash

when that is sorted Mark can arrange a date that is suitable to us both

Best regards

Lee
