The other daft notion is that of having a nodding dog looking out of the rear window of your vehicle.

How may of you are thick enough to have a nodding dog, especially in the shape of Churchill?

When I see a woman driver with a nodding dog in the back and I am screaming abuse at her I think the nodding dog is agreeing with me, comforting in a funny sort of way.

 Actually, I quite like the Churchill dog but there again I love gnomes in my garden so I suppose I would, wouldn't I?

Pedantic, I know, but it's "puerile"  (Latin, "puer" = child).

If life's too short to stuff a mushroom, then customising one's cursor must be akin to suicide!

Oh and that's another utterly daft concept - gnomes in the garden, especially those with a fishing rod.

And the ultimate in Schmaltz - decorating up the outside of your house at Christmas time.
