Which braided hook length would anybody recommend around the 4-6 pound b.s. to use with krystonite 8lb or 6lb.
It's being used for bream/tench as i want the most supple presentation possible so a 4-6lb b/s would be ideal.

To be honest Rik i've never used braided line that light but i do know that Kryston Silkworm comes in a 4lb and a 6lb breaking strain. And personally i don't think you can go wrong with Kryston products.

thats the only braid i could come up with myself most seem to be 10-12lb upwards. What about tying krystonite to silkworm is there anything special about knots for putting these two together as krystonite is a slick line?

Not certain why you would fish with braid, but if I did, I'd use a small swivel anyway.

simple really. I want to see how free-flowing i am able to get the bait .Mono always has a certain amount of stiffness though whether or not the braid would be anymore flexible than krystonite is to be assessed as yet. But if you dont try new things you dont find out how they work.

If you don't want to use a swivel you could tie them together with either a 5 turn grinner knot or a 5 turn blood knot back to back. Personally however i would use a swivel.
