Failing that if you are suffering from twist buy a gardner twist doctor, a bright yellow bomb but with grooves cut into it. Tie it on cast it out and retrieve. twist gone instantly. Increased my casting distance by 20yrds and I didn't even think that i had bad twist on my line!

If you get somebody to hold the spool upright and the line coming off the bottom with a slight amount of pressure you will find that your line does not twist I saw this tip on a Jan Porter Dvd and it works.

Take a large book, tele directory size, lay it on the floor, open the book about halfway, put the line between the pages near the spine, laying the spool on the floor, close the book, tie line onto spool and wind in, the weight of the book puts enough pressure on the line to make the lay evenly on the spool, if the book is a bit light, put something heavier on top to increase the pressure.
