i am just starting fishing again but my reel is of low quality and i was wondering if any body had any opinions of any good cheap reels as i am currently short on funds due to school etc..

Have a look at the Okuma range, good quality and cheap.

How much do you have to spend?

what sort of reel you after ?carp,float or feeder .may find you one.

The cheaper Shimanos are nice and surprisingly affordable.

They'd be good for leger, feeder and heavy float work.
