There intended for floater fishing and are very good for fishing at distance as they cast like a dream.

below is how i set up

Thread a float stop on the floating braided main line then add a small bead. next add the float and another small bead. I then add a kwick change clip. The hook link is anything from 6 to 10 foot long ending in a enterprise artificial floater.

couple all this to a barbel rod in the 1.5lb - 2lb range.

All you need then is a bag of freebies. I use Asda's own brand mixers.
