I am contemplating purchasing a Daiwa 12.5 MTR Proteus pole which has a 1/2 mtr butt section to make the pole 13 mtrs there are 2 power and 1 match kits all elasticated 10...12...18 elastics .....the pole is contained in 2 large tubes and the kits in 2 smaller tubes which are all stored in a Daiwa holdall ....The pole is in exellent condition in fact has only been to the bank 6 times .....I have been offered the pole for £125 ....is there someone amogst you who has used this pole and can give me an opinion ..please ...cheers ..Jon

Thanks bob ....I have now purchased the pole ..and have fished with it today and am very pleased with it ..though I only fished it at 11 mtrs ..it was very comfortable ..thanks again bob
