The chinese make great soup! When i worked in Italy i used to go to a chinese once a week and i always started with this fish soup that quite frankly looked horrendous but boy did it taste great. Time 4 of us ate a banquet for 8 washed down with copiuos amounts of chinese beer we were too shagged to go on anywhere else and almost always went back to the hotel to sleep it off. Great food in Italy and really freindly people. Best 3months of my working life.
