i would miss the groundbait out pot in a few maggots and then pot in just a few maggots each fish start on the bottom then come shallower as the fish move up to the falling maggots.or feed one line on the bottom pot in some damp lightly squeezed small pellets so that they get to the bottom fish a slightly larger pellet on the hook.
Well done Nige, I couldn't get past the first 3 lines!!!

Geoffrey  if youve put groundbait in at the start and fish maggott over the top and are catching then just remember to keep topping up with small balls of groundbait with a bit of feed in.  Mix your groundbait on the dry side as the venue is quite shallow and keep the balls small but regular.  The key to keeping the fish in your swim is to feed them.

talk to the match anglers on the venue.

Agree with Slime. These types of heavily stocked, match fished lakes can tend to be waters where the fish become accustomed to what the majority of anglers are doing. There are often one or two methods that outscore everything else.
