Poshers and Steve, sorry for not replying earlier (had to sort out some probs on our clubs forum) I did speak to the company concerned and it turns out that their database had been compromised and the details of several hundred customers had been ?lost?. The annoying thing about all this is not only that you have the hassle of proving that you didnt use the card yourself but its that some lowlife has invaded your privacy and the inconvenience of being without your credit cards until the replacement arrives.
