Oh, look, someone's invented the suspender float. For at leat the third time.

I've forgotten the name of the first commercial version; it was a disc of foam, sealed with paint, with a bamboo skewer stuck through it off-centre, to make a shape like a "b", and a small barleycorn lead on the bottom of the skewer to cock it.
