.jpg) There's a super fish on Barbel Fishing World today 14lb 8oz claimed and looks every ounce (in fact I would have probably believed more!)

 there you go john thats why if you look at the claimed 16 in the at last week no depth and girth to it! a 14 is a very big fish and yes the ribble does hold them in a few spots but theyre still a rare creature and some obviously are recaptures

 Absolute cracking fish.. It's still 4lb odd short of the ribble record though. But maybe at the backend it could go 23lb if we get a mild winter and it gets it's head down now.
