Hello all,

I've just booked a ferry to Roslarre for a few days driving around south Ireland, towards the end of this month, with my good lady wife. I think the intention is to drive to Cork, though we haven't really made any plans.

Does anyone know of any decent places to fish over there. I'll only be let loose for short amounts of time so it will need to be something quick and easy. The last time I was there was as a kid in the 70s and I remember being left on the banks of the Blackwater at Cappoquin catching roach and trout. Not sure if that is where we will be going but it is in the general direction.

Any ideas?
