Brief description of the session & remarks: Very slow day so I started to mess about hence the Dace & Pike. Had my one and only Barbel take at 6pm which resulted in my first Swale double of the season a lovely fish of 10lb 10oz MAGIC!!!

Three fish taken from the next swim including one double. Not weighed properly; had to lend him my net as his was to small! People who turn up Barbel fishing with a landing net the size of a dinner plate should be shot!!!!!
