That's right Bill.

Owners who overstock their waters, or overstock against the advice of the E.A. do so at their own risk.   And very possibly to the detriment of every angler in the country eventually.

its disgusting that white acres won't close because of this, fish and money at all costs the mind boggles
used to work White Acres and i am sure Clint and his team would take all advice on board and close the fishery  if nessesary but having said that it is owened by a big company and they would look at costs  bearing in mind that it is four weeks or so till end of season.

well i'm sorry Rob but i know the EA area supervisors down there very well and they are not the sort of people to withdraw support from a fishery thats willing to listen to advice. Something must be wrong for firengines to be called and presumably charged for, during hot weather, to oxygenate the water when the EA will readily supply pumps to others.
The facts speak for themselves then, living in cornwall that is not a good advertisment for coarse fishing in cornwall as they are the biggest commercial fishing complex down here and should be setting the standard of how it should be managed and i sadly stand corrected.

I thought only one pool at W/A had the disease ? W/A restock from their own stocking pool I understand and have only imported fish about 6 years ago, someone could prove me wrong no doubt, another thing, do you think the virus can last longer in a stink bag ? just a thought.
