Method: Hair rigged pellet soaked in Halibut & Salmon oil on a free running lead to 1 1/4 TC Avon rod, fished just upstream from an over hanging tree.
Results: 7lb. 2oz. Barbel.

After 8 blanks in a row this was my first Barbel from the Lee,not a monster but most welcome.

A lot of weed washing through masking the hook bait and draging the lead out of position.

Brief description of the session & remarks:River looked really good,nice pace and coloured.
Weed and debris coming through the swim all day,masking the bait and making presentation difficult.
