the spawning around northants and milton keynes seems to be really late this year,probably due to the strange weather we've had .And i was wondering whether it has been the same countrywide.I know there have been reported, good catches of tench and bream, but these have been few and far between and i suspect that some of the catches NOT ALL have come to anglers fishing long stints and have heavily baited up ,to excess it seems to me. i;e 600pounds!! But the main question is are they still spawning around your area,the tench and bream.
