Can anyone help me with any links, im looking for articles on how to properly prepare all particles, especially any articles about using a burco boiler as i have just bought, and dont want to ruin it. Thanks

Do a google search mate, there's loads out there.

However, if you buy your particles from a reputable source then they should provide details on methods of preparation!

Try the CC Moore site, they have a whole section on correctly preparing particles. One tip is to add rock salt to each batch you prepare. Pep's it up a little.
Also adding chillies etc adds a bit of spice, especially in winter.

any one got anything specific to burco boilers as when i try and use it its constantly boiling and threatening to boil over, is it ok to boil constantly or should i try to keep it simmering by turning it on and off all the time

my burco's got a temp control.....

mine must be the cheap version then
