I'm not sure sorry mate, search the forum that will have something. If not just google it.

Soak it overnight in water (8 - 12 hours) then boil it until the seeds split (normally around 20 minutes or so).

Beware, it stinks the kitchen out, strangely you will come to like the smell but your wife/mother/flatmates will want you to move out.

For quickness, and to avoid prolonged cooking time, niff and a moaning missus : Soak the seed for eight hours, then 2/3 fill a thermos flask with the seed, add half a teaspoon of sugar and top up with boiling water, replace the stopper and next day you will have perfectly prepared hemp....keep the liquid for wetting your groundbait. It has always worked for me !

ye sir, thats the way i do it, and it keeps the peace lol

I agree Paul! Sod the missus!

Get the biggest pan you can buy, fill it with hemp, then water, bring to the boil, cover, turn off the heat and let it stand overnight...

I love it!!!

Don't get distracted by FM whilst bringing to the boil, it makes one hell of a mess!!!

And freeze the juice as Tom said

I've had the water drained from boiled hemp sealed in old pop bottles for months.

Used to mix groundbait it truly hums.

The fish seem to like it though, strange little b*ggers them fish.
