I'm using an old Wychwood John Wilson quiver for my river mooching. It's one that you carry made up rod inside it as it has a zip all the way down side. Wychwood made other in series like shoulder bag, bait apron and keepnet bag. Anyone know where I can get another one as mine won't last.

Robert I also use a wychwood rover quiver for river work. It is lightweight strong and capable of carrying two rods umbrella and bank sticks. It does not have zips but uses trident connectors instead I am very pleased with mine. Fishtec sell them at £12.99 Chapmans angling sell them at £9.99. A very good no frills product!

Paul,
I have a Nash Specialist one that takes two rods on outside but I like my old Wychwood one for my one rod roaming.

Have you tried E-Bay Robert?

By the way wasn't it Masterline / Ryobi that made the J.W. kit?

i use a homemade sling a bit like one of these Titan except mine incorporate a small tentpeg bag or insulated (padded) drinks can/bottle holster/bag/pouches at the bottom end & a velcro strap at the top end connected via d-rings and spare shoulder straps with enough room to carry two rods (made up or in bags) 1x long rodrest ect ,just increase the size of pouch and velcro strap to accomadate more rods ect all other tackle is carried in pockets or a bag.i made mine from spares and stuff i all ready had ( keep everything just in case!!! ).

Rodney,
The luggage is Wychwood. I like everything zipped in quiver...nothing to get caught on bushes while I mooch about on bank.

Hmmmm, sorry Robert, didn't know they'd made J.W. equipment, I know what you mean about things getting caught up, line and guides are always a worry cutting through some of the bushes etc on the way to a well hidden swim.

I know that Wychwood have these and these is this the kind of kit you use then?
