anyone ordered from easytackle.com recently? I did - back in February and since then: I have called (x 30!!), used order tracking(x10) emailed (x6) called credit card company twice called their internet credit card handing company (WorldPay Bank of Scotland) Still no answer and I ordered on 27th Feb!! DO NOT ORDER FROM EASYTACKLE.COM Has this company gone bust? I am an Irish Angler and have been eaiting with no contact or reply for over a month - i have had stuff seliveres from U.S. and Italy in less than a week before.

 Just as well I decided to not be lazy at the weekend I was going to buy a few bits and pieces off there, glad I didn't now. If you've not had your goods, I'd ask your credit card company to retract payment if they can do, hope you sort it out.

Hi all I'm Marco from Italy I've the same problem of Jay I've placed 2 orders the 1° the 6 of December 2006 The 2° the 18 of Genuary 2007 total 270 £ (400 €) stolen!!!!! Nothing is arrived to me I've called used order tracking and emailed several time No answer Are they exist?

Hi there, i used them in february to buy a new rod holdall and got it delivered in just two days same too when i ordered a Korum Tackle and bait bag! If i remember rightly around the end of february i think they updated all there servers and stuff like that (i think it was them?). only thing i can suggest is to keep ringing unfortuanately. good luck guys

 Im surprised at you Marco, I would have thought you would have been better of getting you tackle in Italy, surely it must be cheaper than buying it from Britain?

Hi Ian I usually buy my tackle to a local shop in the North of Italy (near Milan) but some material (feeder, drennan tackle, daiwa leger rods etc.)is impossible to buy in Italy and I must order it on an On-line shop in England. This is not the first time that i've used an English on line shop. I've ordered to a some other English shop (tackleshop, leslie of luton, swifty) and the order is alwais arrived perfect and quickly. Not this time and 400 € is not a Joke for me, I'm very angry. I'm thinking to come in England to take my money directly to the Solihull shop but I'm not sure that this shop really exist. P.S. sorry for my terrible English.

 i have had quiet alot of tackle from easy tackle and i have never had any problems with the company good comunication gear always arrived within 2 days no problems..

Hi Paul Have you phoned them recently? Yesterday I've tried 5 times alwais busy or disabled, I've sent 3 mail to all Easytackle's adress and a fax to them number. Nothing to do Please control on the easytackle Home page, my account is scarta@libero.it and password is scarta, go to order tracking and see the orders 6943 and 7562. Wht do you think about?

Dear Skeet, I apologise if you feel our service was not acceptable. Delivery times to Europe can sometimes be a little longer than expected, we also need to ensure that all items are sent through appropriate means as many of the items are very delicate.
We do strive to fulfil all orders as accurately and as quickly as possible, unfortunately dealing with the volume of orders that we do, some orders will encounter the odd problem which we desperately try to avoid but if they do we try our hardest to rectify asap. Sadly some European orders encounter problems that are outside of our control.

Dear James The problem is solved. Part of material is arrived to me on 13/04/07, the rest was refound to me two day before. The international delivery was perfect. Some items out of stock was the main problem. Next time please send an e-mail to me for advise. Bye
