Some time ago, I posted on this site a plea for help with information about centerpin fishing and thanks to helpful tips,links and information from members of this site, and a lot of trial and error and needless to say, a lot of cursing and gnashing of teeth, I am pleased to announce the culmination to date of a 12 lb 13oz mirror and a 15lb 3oz common carp taken the same day, pictures of which i hope to display shortly. My thanks to everyone who contributed any info. In my eyes it has been a joint effort. To all concerned. Thanks

I`ve taken carp to 13lbs,using stalking/freelining tactics on one of my pin reels....it`s great fun.

centre pins are great my best at the moment is a 5 Lb chub but boy was it great good luck pg and cant wait to see pics mate well done
