its a really nice place, the top lake is fantastic fishing its about 20 acres and full of bream and some good tench, the photo is of the lower syndicate lake, its carp mainly in there  and it is much smaller than the top lake which is on the wakefield book. very enjoyable place with some very elusive fish or are they just old myth's..
