Hi, i know its not the same as you linked to, but I've got a 11' IN2 feeder rod, bought a couple of months a go to give ledgering and feeder fishing a try.
The rods are obviously built to a price but i'm happy with mine, cant fault it for £20, comes with two quiver tips, but there only marked as "light/Medium" and "medium/heavy" so not sure what the casting wieght of them are. The handle on mine is cork and hyperlon and is nice to hold, reel seat is just the basic screew lock down type and all my reels from size 30 to 50 easily fit securely. The line guides are quite small and thicker lines (8lb 0.27mm) feel like it grating as you reel in with a bend in the rod eg, reeling in a fish or you tackle to rebait. Not tried thiner line yet, going to try 6lb 0.20 line tomorrow. Playing fish on it is enjoyable tho because of its action i think its what you call parrabolical (bends down to the handle). Caught a 11 lb carp on it yesterday, great fun, but i think that was the rods limit, it certainly had a good workout!
Also got a shakespeare Mach 1 11' Specialist rod for the same price (got a discount because i bought them together). Better rod but still the same proplem with the grating feeling when reeling in.
