 When I took a look at the book's website on which ET hopes to collect your dosh, I thought the gremlins of sh1t spelling had struck. Not knowing the title of the book at this point, I read megapike-thereturn.net 'Mega Pike - There Turn?' I thought. Ed Turner's spelling's even worse than it used to be! Turned out I am marginally thicker than Ed....
