As the saying goes 'every dog has his day' and im well chuffed.

My friends i was fishing with had a great time helping in the catch/weighing session and photo's so it was great for all of us!

Fishing memories to last a lifetime for all of us present!

The fish was lovely and enjoyed her moment with us on the bank, our mouths wide open in shock looking at the scales!

Cant wait to see her next year at 45lb plus!!!!

this is a private day ticket venue in wiltshire.

boilies are banned as are nuts.

she was caught on a enterprise tackle fluro pink pop up plastic pellet fished on a withy rig with no scent or free offerings around it.

i wanted it to be mistaken as a washed out old left-over bait that the fish may feel safe to take.

she was caught in the first 5-10 minutes of that rod going out!
