Hi, I'm making a BBC documentary about crime in Wales. One topic I'm looking into is fish theft. I'm keen to talk to any fisheries, or anybody, who has experienced theft of coarse fish from a fishery in Wales. Please reply to this thread or call me on 02920 022616. Many thanks. Hannah

Seriously, it could be worth you contacting some of the angling clubs in Wales direct. There are several posters here who claim that fish have been/are being robbed from their waters, not sure any live in Wales though!

I`m sure you will find someone that have plenty of story's to tell you about imigrants eating fish.Are they true? Some of them probably are ,but majority is just blown out of proportion  or are only suspicion but they have to blame someone and imigrants often are the easy target.
