I had three grayling, one a PB, plus; a salmon, a solitary dace and a lone trout. I initially tried a swim that I had had some success with in the past; 41 grayling and a whole load of game fish in a couple of hours.

Half a day later I only had one smallish grayling and a salmon to show for my efforts. I upped stumps and wandered about, I should have done that far earlier of course. The other fish each came in entirely different kinds of swims. I think the cold weather made me torpid.
