hi folk,

wonder if anyone could inform me on the features of the ribble around preston...i will be fishing the southport DAA waters.

i fish several rivers in my area incuding the trent and the derbyshire derwent and know off by heart most of the river bed i fish but the ribble looks a bit of a alien to me...the trent is a bit like that till you get to know it!

any help would be most welcome.

PS: i fish for most river spiecies, inc roach, barbel and chub and i also lure fish for pike zander and perch. most of my fishing is done on in a roving style.
