Difficult to answer in all honesty.

You should be able to get a Shimano Technium for around that price but then you'll have to fork out more to get it elasticated, but then that's the same for most new poles too.

As it covers deciding on what pole to get, elastication, bungs, bushes and an elastic guide as well.

At the £200 range I'd also look at a decent second hand pole as well but make sure you check all the sections for cracks and/or wear as you'd probably get a better deal that way.
