converting match aerial from r.h.wind tol.h.wind

hi i am a new member.

ive recently bought an allcocks match aerial 340 which is factory set for right hand wind.can anyone tell me how to change it over to left hand wind so that the ratchet operates correctly.(pictures if possible!)

What else is it then Geoff? You did not enlarge upon what else needs to be done?
