The holy flake

I'm teeing up some huge rudd for an assault. My first wave of attack will be good old fashioned floating crust.
I tried an experiment today and made a white loaf up in my bread making machine, but made it strawberry flavour. It's wrorked a treat! The crust looks perfect and has a full on strawberry smell, and the stodgy flake is perfect for kneading into a pasty textured flake. Not hook hampering rubbery, but smooth.
