Days fishing with my son

Saturday 6th october Days Fishing
Today decided to go fishing with my son Luke,set off from the house 06:15am arrived 07:00am at Wholsea Grange Fishery Wholsea Grange Fishery, Fishing Ponds, Holme-on-Spalding Moor, UK
On arriving at this new fishery to us we had a good look around the lakes not totally impressed at first but we had a look at the old pond down the track and it looked very fishy so we picked a lovely looking tree peg and started to setup,i cast in first bad idea, as i was setting my son's rod up i was getting loads of bites so got his rod and rig setup casted him in first cast he got a small carp about 2lb my float zoomed under bit bigger carp 3lb,casted in got this lovely pristine condition Tench(check the photo).This catch rate went on all day 15:00pm decided to have a look at what we had in keepnet,more than we thought must of got at least 50lb of fish,not bad for a days pleasure fishing.We have decided to go again this saturday as it was so good,lovely place to fish very friendly owner and reasonable day ticket price.Can't wait for saturday to come.
