pool fachwen newtown wales fishing info

hi there had a look at this pool in newtown last weekend and looks nice a peaceful no anglers there so im looking to fish this saturday, i cant find any information online about the pool realy apart from
theres some big carp nice silver fish and alot of natural baits in the water so its a hard pool to fish, any info would be great please!!

It looks lovely, I used to live at Aberhafesp (Pronounced Aberharvest) until I was 3 but as that was 56 years ago I'm not going to be much help to you.

However, while you're there, if you do find a clockwork tinplate airplane with flashing lights in the engine it's mine and I'd like it back.
