Dont use them for carp fishing but they make superb distance casting reels for Irish Loughs and I will use them for Barbel and maybe a bit of Piking.

I was dubious at first because of the price and a lack of a spare spool but they have performed faultlessly as you would expect at that price but I will get years of use from them so overall very happy with them.

They also have a baitrunner version available now.

If you're happy enough to import from Germany you can pick up the freespool version for around £175, looks a nice reel to me...
