its seems hollowell reservoir is the place in northants to be for big tench at the moment, so i am hoping to pay it a visit.
in know the dam wall is the hotspot at the moment with waggler being the set up with maggott or corn, can anyone offer any further tips such as feeding the swim, groundbaiting, depths of water, basically it is only going to be a short session so i would like some help in trying to get something out of the place.

I may be a cynic but the fish in the paper today looks nothing like the weight claimed nor the the previous double reported by the same chap. Length x Girth far too low. By contrast the other big Tench reported this week look every ounce.
