Does any body know what this rod is used for it is a old hollow glass rod

Coulor black as i have been givein it by a neigbour.
It was her husbands who has resantly died.
I do not know if it is a old feeder or match rod

almost certainly a float rod and I suspect that the "25" suggests that you don't try to cast more than 25grams weight with it.
I have an old Shakespeare Match
International hollow glass rod which rarely sees the light of day now but it really has a fantastic action.
