fishing pole

hi all,
im looking for any info or advice on the daiwa td xr2 pole 13m, has anyone used one? or heard what these fish like? are they any good?
im wanting to buy a new 13m pole around the £400 mark and any advice would help alot

I've heard spares can be a bit difficult to get hold of for the TDXR series. Apart from that, it's a decent lower mid-range pole. You won't go wrong with any of the major manufacturers these days - the technology is mature and they all know what they're doing. If you're intending to buy sight unseen online, consider a visit to a decent shop to try a few out. There are some good bargains around these days as manufacturers compete for our scarce spending money.
