can anyone help. i'm looking for some stillwater angling in north yorkshire where you can camp and fish. i'm wanting to take my son away for a few days to introduce him to the sport.
There's a decent pond at Primrose Valley,near Filey and recently re-stocked. It's a large holiday camp, but the pond is well away form the main site. There's also a caravan park (not sure about tents) at Amotherby near Malton. I've got a mate who spends most of his life there, and he recons it's good. Apart from that it's hard to say with f&M about, but I'll ask around for you.
