I'm actually going to get one of these. Looks like a good way of helping catapulting regular sized balls of bait to the far bank instead of my usual pathetic attempts. I'll take any help going!

They have been around for a while in France and on the bay. My guess is the idea has been nicked from the catering trade, possibly a meatball maker or a sushi press.

I've got rheumatoid arthritis, something like this would be a great boon for me, I would still prefer something which worked along the same lines as a mole grip though.
