I had boat watch and vehicle watch for years used to tow my boat out of the Medway
all hours of the day or night week days and weekend and never got stopped once
when you register with boat or vehicle watch you state when you will be on the road or using your boat .e.g. ( Friday 18.00 to Sunday 18.00) i would tow my boat out the registered hours /day or night I stated on the form
let hope it improved to what is was
