Default Bishops Bowl Nr Leamington

I've seen some old posts about Bishops Bowl, has anyone fished it recently? I'm thinking of having a go at Green Hill lake.

Not recently but we used to go there when my mate Dicky lived in Leamington a couple of years ago.

There used to be plans to develop that lake into a water-sports facility so I did not know it was still fishable.

Certainly I saw decent tench in there and the old owner used to love his bream fishing. Mostly we pike fished it and again, there are some decent fish to be caught.

There is plenty of water to target and features galore. There are rocky outcrops and gravel bars so sturdy tackle is advisable if fishing on the bottom at any distance.
