Minnow record goes on undisclosed stillwater. You could piece together a good clue where it was from today's Daily Mail.

Are the circus already bivvied up in the hope Yellerbelly might somehow sneak another dram or two.

Will locals get booted off the water to make way for a syndicate..?

Are the minnow police already rubbing their truncheons..?

Imagine the time to land, unhook, weigh and photo the minnow.
Have they named it yet?

Answers on a postcard to the Daily Mail.

Kevin Keegan springs to mind.

How many clubs has he left because they did not do too well?

As for the England job!!

Bet it loved being sat in the bloke's hand for the picture. I guessed it would be called Yellerbelly, because it's got a yellow belly. I just hope I haven't spawned a named big minnow culture.

Was the hand fish friendly?
Conformed to British mesh regs?

Will minows now get the same recognition as carp and barbel?
Special tackle and societies.

Naming the water, that the fish was released back into, has left the door wide open, or maybe it's a jar.

Was it caught with rod and line or with a kiddies pond net?

I heard he had to spod out 15kgs of pellets to get the fish on the feed, and his succesful bait was a trimmed down 3mm halibut pellet fished under a pop up soaked for two days in the suitable glug.
