I've caught lots of rudd, not much in weight on about ½ a tin of sweet corn

Last year on the River Ant - half a slice of bread (punched) and a piece of plastic corn. Loads of lovely Rudd, roach, and bream. Not a huge haul but lots of bites and fish to fill the time.

Probably 17 carp, up in the water, on the drop with one plastic caster. Also 50 plus roach on one piece of plastic hemp. The most on a 'real' bait was five carp on the drop on one hair/banded fishmeal pellet before it disintegrated.
