Anyone ever fished Meadow View?

Hi all!

Fancy a new venue this weekend! Sammys is getting too easy!

Been looking at Meadow View Fisheries just out of Ashton and was wondering if anyone's been on there? 7 quid for me and a fiver for the boy

so it best be half decent!

And what do all these fisheries have against groundbait???

Just noticed... The link i've posted is for another Meadow View near Lymm! Still, look alright though! Anyone fished this place too?

When the banks are lined with anglers 20ft apart fishing like gnomes then the relatively small mass of water can quickly turn foul with all that rotting matter going in.

Yeah, suppose so! I always use groundbait though (where permitted!) so i'd feel a bit lost without it! Small cup full of maggots would have to do instead!

A lot of fisheries that ban groundbait do allow you to use soaked micro pellets instead.
